When a homeowner googles "emergency plumber near me" — or now, just asks AI who the best one is — one name comes up first. Right now it isn't yours. We fix that, and we make Angi stop renting you your own customers.
Not a menu of everything. The three levers that decide whether a homeowner calls you or the shop sitting above you — built and run for you, start to finish.
The Storefront
Not a brochure. A closing machine. Loads in under two seconds, works one-handed in a truck, and puts your number in front of a panicking homeowner before they think to scroll. Built in weeks, not the three months an agency will quote you.
The AI Answer
Homeowners have stopped scrolling ten blue links. They ask ChatGPT for the best plumber in Ballard and take the name it gives them. We make that name yours — clean entity data, schema the machines can read, review signals, and content written the way people actually ask the question.
The Fast Lane
Rankings compound, but they take months. Ads don't. We build the campaigns, write the copy, and ride the bids so you're sitting at the top of the emergency searches the week we start — while everything else builds underneath you.
Every day
Your competitor's pages get a little older, a little more trusted, and a little harder to pass. Rankings are a head start you either have or you're paying to catch up on.
3–6 months
How long it takes rankings to move once you start. Which means the shop that starts today is six months ahead of the one that starts in June.
$900+ a month
What a lot of shops hand Angi and HomeAdvisor to rent a lead that went to three of your competitors too. That money buys nothing you keep.
Packages
Founding rates. They go up after the first three.
A one-time build, then a monthly retainer for the ongoing work. These are introductory prices while we fill our first client roster — once those seats are gone, they reset.
3 shops per quarter. One person does the work here, which caps how many builds run at once. When the quarter's seats are filled, the next opening is 90 days out — and your competitor's rankings keep compounding the whole time.
Your ad budget goes straight to Google, not to us. You set it, you own the account, and you can see every dollar of it any time you log in. Nothing is bundled or marked up.
Above your plan's spend level
Each plan manages ads up to the budget listed. Spend more than that and we add 12% of the amount above it — so scaling up costs you a little more only when it's actually working.
Core Marketing
Why us
We'd rather be your last agency than your fifth.
You have been called by four of us this year. Someone promised page one, took a retainer for six months, and your phone rang exactly as much as it did before. We know, because that guy is the reason this job is hard.
So we do it backwards. Before you spend a dollar, we show you where you actually rank, who is sitting above you, and what those missed calls are worth in a month. Then we tell you whether it is worth fixing. Sometimes the answer is no, and we say so.
A&A Core Marketing stays deliberately lean. You talk directly to the people doing the work, not an account manager reading from a script — and we cap the roster at three new shops a quarter so nobody becomes account number thirty-seven.
Straight answers
The questions everyone asks before they trust us.
If you've been burned by a marketing company before, these are probably the ones on your mind. Here they are answered up front, so you already know where we stand before we ever speak.
You own everything
The website, the domain, the Google Business Profile, the ad account — all in your name. If you leave, it all stays with you.
Month to month
No annual contract on the retainer. Thirty days' notice and we're done, no penalty, no argument.
You see the same numbers we do
We record where you stand before we touch anything, then report the same figures every month. You'll know if it's working before we tell you.
How long before I see anything?
Ads can bring calls the week they turn on. SEO is slower — it usually takes three to six months to move meaningfully, and it keeps compounding after that. That's exactly why we run both: the ads carry you while the rankings and the AI listings build underneath. Anyone who tells you SEO works in three weeks is selling you something.
What if it doesn't work?
We won't promise you rankings — nobody can control Google, and anyone guaranteeing the top spot isn't being straight with you. What we do instead: before we start, we write down what "working" means for your shop — which searches, how many tracked calls. At 90 days we sit down and look at the real numbers together. You can end the retainer any month. And every month you get a plain list of what was actually delivered — if we didn't do what we said, you don't pay for that month.
Do I own the website when it's done?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the site files are yours, and if you ever want to take it elsewhere we hand over everything. We don't hold your website hostage to keep you paying. That's a thing some companies do, and it's why contractors are suspicious of all of us.
Am I locked into a contract?
The build is a one-time project with its own scope and price. The monthly retainer is month to month — cancel with 30 days' notice, any time, for any reason. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in the next twelve.
Whose Google Ads account is it, and who holds the ad money?
The account is yours, on your card. Your ad budget goes straight to Google — it never passes through us, and we never mark it up. You can log in any time and see every dollar. Our fee covers managing the campaigns, and it's separate and visible.
I already have a website. Do I really need a new one?
Sometimes no. If your site is reasonably quick, works on a phone, and has a clear way to call you, we'd rather put your money into SEO and ads than rebuild something that's fine. We'll tell you that on the call even though it means a smaller job for us. A rebuild makes sense when the site is slow, hard to use on a phone, or has no real pages for the services and areas you actually cover.
What do I actually get every month for the retainer?
Depends on your plan, but concretely: new pages for the neighborhoods you serve, content written the way homeowners actually phrase the question, your business data kept clean and consistent so AI tools trust it, your Google Business Profile current, a system asking finished customers for reviews, your ad campaigns built and adjusted, and a monthly report showing tracked calls and where you rank. Not "ongoing optimization" — an actual list of what was done.

Take a seat
Three shops a quarter. Is one of them yours?
Twenty minutes on the phone. We'll tell you where you currently stand, what it would take to be the name that comes up first, and whether we think it's worth your money. If it isn't, we'll say so.
